Melanoma, a highly aggressive form of skin cancer, poses major therapeutic challenge due to its metastatic potential, resistance conventional therapies, and the complexity tumor microenvironment (TME). Materials science nanotechnology advances have led using nanocarriers such as liposomes, dendrimers, polymeric nanoparticles, metallic nanoparticles transformative solutions for precision melanoma therapy. This review summarizes findings from Web Science, PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Google Scholar highlights role in overcoming treatment barriers.
