Зростання ролі цифрового банкінгу, блокчейн-технологій, регулювання криптовалют і фінансових технологій (FinTech) у правовому та економічному секторах актуалізує потребу оновленні освітніх програм, що мають відображати сучасні правові виклики. Водночас адаптація сфері права цифрових форматів є неоднорідною, зумовлено нерівномірним рівнем технологічної інфраструктури, варіативністю цифрової компетентності викладачів різним доступом відповідних ресурсів. Ці чинники вказують реформування системи підготовки фахівців для формування здобувачів освіти як теоретичних знань, так практичних навичок, потрібних роботи умовах економіки. Метою дослідження аналіз сучасного стану програм із контексті трансформації, визначення основних викликів обґрунтування стратегічних напрямів удосконалення методології викладання. Зосереджено увагу оцінюванні ефективності інструментів, платформ електронного інтерактивних кейсів покращення юридичної сприяння практичному засвоєнню аспектів цифровому середовищі. Результати засвідчили, що, хоча окремі заклади вищої (ЗВО) вже інтегрували цифрові технології курси більшість них усе ще стикається з проблемами, зокрема обмеженим недостатньою підготовкою викладацького складу відсутністю стандартизованих підходів впровадження елементів освітні програми. Зроблено висновок, необхідна комплексна стратегія модернізації яка передбачає активну взаємодію установ, державних органів представників професійної спільноти.
