Abstract In the new journey of building a socialist modernized country, how to empower rural revitalization in ethnic areas with non-heritage cultural assets is an important topic that requires in-depth thinking. this paper, development level and degree digital transformation are taken as explanatory variables variables, gray correlation between them calculated using analysis method. Then, based on differential evolution operator improved quantum particle swarm algorithm weighted coefficients framework, impact prediction model constructed. The study shows grey X2 “reliability”, X4 “quality” X7 “diversity” three exceeds 0.8 percent. among more than 0.850, other above 0.70, which indicates NRM possible way out revitalization. addition, MAE value constructed paper 1.63%, much lower comparative models, indicating it can accurately predict This studies mechanism drive regional high-rural It great significance for regions even backward regions.
