The electric vehicle (EV) market in the U.S. has grown rapidly. However, poor public charging reliability could challenge achieving widespread adoption. We reviewed peer-reviewed articles and research reports to understand how experience affects willingness purchase EVs among first-time buyers current owners. Ample literature identifies measures of experiences, characterizes experience, effect infrastructure availability on EV decisions. there is no causal evidence linking customer at chargers decisions or intentions for owners prospective buyers.
