Abstract This study investigated the effects of entrepreneurship and governance quality on global regional economic performance, moderating influence entrepreneurship‐economic performance nexus. The used a panel 109 countries from 2010 to 2022. Prais‐Winsten regression, standard Fixed Effects regression with robust errors, Driscoll Kraay dynamic system GMM were used. We find that unconditional effect is mainly negative, while predominantly exerts positive but generally failed moderate adverse entrepreneurship. Interestingly, we disparities indicating patterns in Europe Asia align results, dynamics Americas show significant, also exerting significant reinforcing For Africa, potent driver when it measured using Total Early‐stage Entrepreneurial Activity Employee Activity. discussed policy implications these findings relation sustainable development goals.
