This study aims to analyze publications on financial development between 1986 and 2023 using bibliometric analysis methods. The analysis, based data obtained from the Web of Science database, utilizes tools such as keyword author collaboration networks, citation bibliographic coupling identify trends, key authors, influential journals, emerging research topics in field. results indicate that is predominantly concentrated fields economics, environmental sciences, business finance, with economics having highest number publications. A significant increase observed after 2014, particularly COVID-19 pandemic. VOSviewer R Studio programs were chosen due their strengths terms functionality. According results, countries most citations China, USA, Pakistan. cited authors are Shahbaz M. 3926 citations, Zingales I. 3252 Oztürk 2710 citations. top two also total link strength. shows themes economic growth, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, renewable have increasingly intersected development, highlighting growing focus sustainability.
