Abstract
Small
and
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
make
up
most
businesses
globally.
They
are
considered
the
economic
engines
of
many
nations,
driving
job
creation,
poverty
reduction,
making
substantial
contributions
to
national
wealth.
Despite
their
significance,
they
face
numerous
challenges
that
impede
growth
sustainability.
Recent
studies
have
increasingly
concentrated
on
examining
critical
success
factors
SMEs,
producing
a
broad
range
results
offer
diverse
insights
into
key
determinants
business
performance
growth.
This
study
undertakes
systematic
literature
review
using
PRISMA
guidelines
ensure
comprehensive
analysis
these
factors.
Data
were
collected
from
Scopus
Web
Science
databases,
resulting
in
final
sample
72
peer-reviewed
publications.
The
data
analyzed
thematically
Atlas.ti
software.
identified
nine
themes
as
for
namely
entrepreneurial
characteristics,
availability
financial
resources,
networking,
adoption
technology,
strategic
planning,
human
resource
management
practices,
enterprise
factors,
customer
orientation
brand
reputation,
government
support.
Among
these,
influential
technology
which
highlighted
by
over
80%
SMEs.

agriculture

the
Czech
Republic.
