Currently, the large-scale application of carbon quantum dots (CQDs) is usually limited by their low yield and detection limit. Herein, abandoned longan nucleus was used as a source to synthesize cerium–nitrogen-codoped (Ce/N-CQDs) with strong luminescence intensity. In this work, fluorescent properties CQDs may be improved single cerium-doped (Ce-CQDs) nitrogen-doped (N-CQDs). Nevertheless, Ce/N-CQDs exhibited intense fluorescence high yield. Compared CQDs, significantly increased from 5 32% showed photostability good water solubility. The liver and kidneys are vital organs responsible for essential metabolic excretory functions, their protection is a cornerstone of therapeutic innovation. This review highlights the emerging role eco-friendly, bioengineered silver (AgNPs) gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) as protective agents kidney health, based on evidence from animal studies. discussion emphasizes green synthesis approaches, which offer sustainable biocompatible routes nanoparticle production. Key findings reveal effects these (NPs) hepatic enzymes—Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Alanine transaminase (ALT), Alkaline phosphatase (ALP)—and renal function markers, including urea creatinine levels, under both healthy pathological conditions. In diseased models, biosynthesized NPs significantly reduced ALT, AST, ALP, urea, demonstrating effects. Conversely, in animals, lower concentrations exhibited no statistically significant impact parameters, suggesting safety at doses. presents novelty potential while highlighting need further research into pharmacokinetics pharmacodynamics to advance clinical translation.

Background In recent years there has been growing interest in novel, eco-friendly, natural product-based colloids, including nutraceuticals and cosmetics. Despite the Amazon region’s globally recognized biodiversity, efforts to sustainably use products for viable applications remain at forefront of innovation. The superfruit Euterpe oleracea Mart, commonly known as açaí, is by its high level phenolic compounds valuable oil. However, best our knowledge, studies on colloidal chemistry combination oil with phenolic-rich extract are scarce. Therefore, aim this study was evaluate generation nanoemulsions containing açaí phytoglycerol through a low-energy method, investigating influence surfactant’s nature ratio droplet formation stabilization, enhancing potential sustainable product development. Methods Total phenolics açaí-based obtained from Heide Extratos Vegetais ® were quantified using Folin-Ciocalteau/Basf method. evaluated individual or blended non-ionic surfactants hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) values ranging 9 15. consisted 90% (w/w) aqueous phase (5% deionized water) 10% oily (varying ratios surfactants, 7:3 9:1). formulations monitored color, appearance, p signs instability.
