The first occurrence of Marasmiellomycena and Pulverulina in the Chinese mycobiota are reported, M. tomentosa P. flavoalba , two new species albodescendens a combination, revealed by phylogenetic analyses morphological study. These newly-recorded genera, which can be distinguished their agaricoid basidiomata, dark-coloured stipe, sarcodimitic tramal structure, stipitipellis with yellow to yellowish-brown pigments yellow-pigmented thick-walled caulocystidia differs from other genera Porotheleaceae its pruinose decurrent lamellae, inamyloid basidiospores absence hymenial cystidia. We also formally describe three collected temperate subtropical zones Fujian Zhejiang Provinces: Clitocybula fuscostriata Gerronema brunneosquamulosum Leucoinocybe subglobispora . Furthermore, we include results analysis Porotheleaceae, based on multi-locus (ITS, nrLSU rpb2 ) dataset. According this analysis, Chrysomycena Delicatula Hydropodia Hydropus Megacollybia Trogia Vizzinia monophyletic. However, is identified as polyphyletic and, additionally, Porotheleum does not form monophyletic group either because parvulum albidum “unassigned” analysis. our analyses, coupled observations, confirm recognition these taxa. Morphological descriptions, photographs, line drawings comparisons closely-related taxa presented for species. A key 22 belonging nine China provided.

During a survey of microfungi associated with forest plants, four specimens related to Kirschsteiniothelia were collected from decaying wood in Guizhou, Hainan and Yunnan Provinces, China. species have sexual asexual forms. They are commonly found as saprophytes on been reported disease-causing pathogens humans well. In this study, we introduce three novel ( K. bulbosapicalis , dendryphioides longirostrata ) describe new host record for atra based morphology multi-gene phylogenetic analyses concatenated ITS, LSU SSU rDNA sequence data.
