Exosomes can be defined as membrane-enclosed extracellular vesicles produced by endosomal division secreted almost all cells in the body. They through process of endocytosis, or they other and directly enter different mechanisms. Exosome production release, like majority bodily biomarkers, are influenced a number variables, such radiation, oxidative stress, alterations cellular pH, drop membrane cholesterol, an increase intracellular calcium levels. Oxidative stress is which balance between oxidants antioxidants disrupted favor oxidants, allowing uncontrolled free radicals to transform physiological conditions into pathological conditions. Exosomes, also crucial for intercellular communication, strongly linked alters cell signaling. In this review, we aim address changes that occur release pathways exosomes with triggered physiopathological changes.
