Bu çalışmanın amacı Fortune 500 listesinde bulunan taahhüt alanında faaliyetgösteren on firmanın etkinlik değerlendirmesini gerçekleştirmektir. Etkinlik ölçümünde genellikle VeriZarflama Analizi (VZA) yöntemi yaygın kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmada analizi için girdiodaklı CCR modeli kullanılmıştır. VZA "toplam aktifler" "çalışan sayısı" girdi değişkenleri,"net satış" ise çıktı değişkeni sonuçlarına göre karar verme birimi (KVB)olarak ele alınan firma arasından üçünün tespit edilmiştir.

This research explores the nexus between corporate governance and sustainable development, focusing on State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Vietnam. Recognizing pivotal role of SOEs national economy, this study employs a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making approach (MCDM) to assess enhance frameworks these entities. First, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is employed identify most qualified prospective firms based several quantitative criteria. Then, spherical fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (SF-AHP) used priority weights for given set qualitative criteria, Evaluation distance from average solution (EDAS) implemented rank enterprises sector. To validate proposed models, case conducted within Vietnamese electric power industry utilized. The MCDM methodology integrates diverse factors such as business management, social responsibility, shareholder construct comprehensive evaluation framework. By applying approach, aims key drivers barriers influencing practices SOEs. study's findings illustrate efficacy suggested evaluating performance, providing valuable insights policymakers, leaders, stakeholders involved shaping landscape aligning with development principles, contribute ongoing discourse responsible practices, offering practical recommendations performance resilience pursuit long-term socio-economic environmental sustainability.

Abstract Background Policymakers, who are constantly discussing growing health expenditures, should know whether the system is efficient. We can provide them with such information through international efficiency evaluations. The main objectives of this study are: (a) to evaluate systems in 28 developed countries by multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and data envelopment (DEA) (b) identify reasonable benchmark for Czech Republic, which we collect on relative importance inputs outputs. Methods used MCDA DEA countries. models included four (health expenditure as a share GDP, number physicians, nurses, hospital beds) three outputs (life expectancy at birth, healthy life expectancy, infant mortality rate). sample covers 27 OECD Russia, also database. To determine input output weights, questionnaire sent policy experts Republic. Results obtained subjective from experts. evaluated using two models. According models, Turkey, Poland, Israel were found have efficient systems. Republic ranked 16th, 19th, 15th, 17th. Republic’s Israel, Estonia, Luxembourg, Italy, UK, Spain, Slovenia, Canada. model constant returns scale identified technically systems: Canada, Sweden. was be one worst-performing variable 15 that results quite robust. With exceptions, Spearman rank correlations between each pair statistically significant 0.05 level. Conclusions During formulation, investigated pitfalls measurement care several practical solutions. consider DEA, above all, exploratory methods, not methods providing definitive answers.
