Abstract Mathematical manipulation technique has proven to be a very powerful tool for efficient processing and handling of highly overlapped spectra. This work introduced two green sustainable approaches the successful recovery ternary mixture, Tylosin tartarate (TYL), Sulfadimdine (SLD), Trimethoprim (TRI). The were constructed using three different methods, derivative ratio spectrum zero-crossing method (DRSZ), double divisor spectra (DDRD), factorized coupled with subtraction (FDRM-SS). succeeded in recovering drugs (Linearity range achieved 0.5–5 µg/mL TYL, 0.3–1.3 SLD, 0.3–5 TRI), giving convenient standard deviations satisfactory percentages. recommended methods have been verified accordance (ICH) guidelines. When results statistically compared official no significant difference was found. Both AGREE—Analytical GREEnness Metric Approach Software, White Analytical Chemistry (WAC) RGB model gave scores 0.93 97.2%, respectively, which proved that eco-friendly abiding by sustainability principles.

Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) are a sustainable and green solution for the recovery of food ingredients such as pigments. In this work, extraction conditions to obtain maximum anthocyanins from blackberry fruit were investigated using NADES composed choline chloride-acetic acid (CHAC) solvent. The central composite design was used conseidering molar ratio, water content, solvent ratio time independent variables total anthocyanin content (TAC), cyanidin-3-glucoside, cyanidin-3-rutinoside, pelargonidin-3-glucoside cyanidin chloride responses. results showed that significantly affected optimum CHAC 1:3.5 M, 40 %, 30 g 15 min time, respectively. Under these conditions, experimental responses 131.54 ± 7.89 mg CGE/100 g, 1208.08 13.76 mg/kg, 163.43 1.72 53.78 1.37 mg/kg 91.98 0.62 TAC, chloride, pH, viscosity electric conductivity determined 1.24 0.03, 1.21 0.17 7.50 0.55 mPa 4675.33 57.74 µS.cm−1, After storing extract 28 days in dark, remained 71.57 0.64 75.00 0.26 33.42 0.41 % 71.45 0.21 Over 28-day exposure light, 19.09 0.10 34.89 2.28, 13.28 0.25 30.97 1.10, application aqueous two-phase system resulted preliminary purification extract, providing highest purity top phase cyanidin-3-glucoside (68.85 1.05 %). findings revealed is promising medium industrial anthocyanins, suitable anthocyanin-rich obtained with NADES.
