Abstract This study examines the co‐digestion of landfill leachate (LFL) with pineapple peel, focusing on biogas production. The was conducted a lab‐scale batch anaerobic digester using 30 L working volume completely mixed reactor at 35 °C to investigate monodigestion and peel their three different mixing ratios. results all experiments in were fitted first‐order kinetic models compare behavior batches through rate constants ( k ). As expected, digestion 25 achieved yield 38 kg −1 volatile solids (VS) consumed VS removal efficiency 30%, both markedly lower than those 3 per m tap water (513 80% efficiency). leachate, which had fixed L, 1, 2, −3 . showed that 2 highest 431 approximately 90% chemical oxygen demand (COD) stable conditions reactor. kinetics equation selected characterize able describe processes experiments. ) 0.25, 0.22, 0.18 day for
