The ecological protection and high-quality development of the provinces along Yellow River Basin have become a major national strategy in China. However, synergistic environment industry within basin still faces numerous challenges. Research studies on evolution with are important to guide future provinces. This paper combines panel data from eight 2011 2020, utilizes Entropy Weight TOPSIS method evaluate growth index subsystems, then employs L-V model measure interaction force degree environmental industrial subsystems Basin. Finally, it simulates paths each province under different scenarios. study shows that: 1. From synergy effects upper middle reaches exhibited an upward trend, while lower demonstrated downward trend. In reaches, shift was mild non-synergy synergy, strong non-synergy. 2. transitioned weakly beneficial relationship between mutually symbiotic model. contrast, shifted state weak benefits harm, ultimately reaching where both harmed other. 3.
