In this study, a rapid, effective method based on QuEChERS was optimised and validated for determination of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) perfluorooctane sulphonic (PFOS) in edible vegetable oils by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Samples were simply vortex extracted methanol containing 1% ammonia solution purified through C18, PSA GCB, followed HPLC-MS/MS.
