Nonbacterial respiratory pathogens are major acute infection (ARI) agents in children. We aimed to characterize the epidemiological changes 11 common nonbacterial after easing COVID-19 restrictions Zhejiang, China, guide prevention and treatment. A retrospective study was conducted on children with ARIs at Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine 2023, characteristics were analyzed for gender, age, month, sampling method, immune status. In total, 59.48% identified pathogens, Mycoplasma pneumoniae ranked first. Various showed new features regarding detection rates, seasonal patterns, susceptible populations. The host onset time, immunity status affected mixed rate unusual coinfection pairs emerged. epidemiology among has changed local characteristics, possible preventive actions needed.
