The present study aims to explore the initial dosage optimization of sertraline in pediatric major depressive disorder (MDD) patients based on model-informed precision dosing (MIPD). A total 111 MDD treated with were included for analysis using MIPD. Sertraline concentration levels, physiological and biochemical indexes patients, combined drug information construction model. Weight zopiclone co-administration influenced clearance patients. With same weight, rates 0.453:1 with, or without zopiclone, respectively. Furthermore, once-daily scheme, dosages 4.0, 3.0 mg/kg/day suggested body weight 30-38.5, 38.5-80 kg, respectively; twice-daily 2.0 was 30-80 kg. 1.0 kg; 0.5 This first explored MIPD, recommended optimal co-administration.
