Abstract
Background
Although
fibromyalgia
is
a
disabling
disease,
there
no
targeted
therapy
for
specific
neurotransmitters
or
inflammatory
mediators.
Our
aim
was
to
provide
neurologists
with
practical
guidance

management
of

difficult
patients
based
on
critical,
narrative
and
non-systematic
