Endometriosis often causes chronic pain and fertility issues, exacerbating the risk of depression complicating conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, which further impacts quality life. This study aimed to explore detection rate in patients with endometriosis arthritis by using different diagnostic criteria, analyze occurrence influencing factors. A total 108 combined First Hospital Lanzhou University from July 2021 2023 were selected as samples. The internationally accepted Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, fifth edition (DSM-5), new assessment tool Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Self-rating (SDS) used detect incidence arthritis. On basis DSM-5 results, concurrent categorized into observation group, those without control group. patients' clinical data collected, impact factors analyzed through binary logistic regression. detected 20 depression, a 18.52%. HAMD 21 19.44%. SDS 18 16.67%. difference among three methods was not statistically significant (p = 0.865). Binary regression analysis showed that dysmenorrhea (odds ratio (OR) 3.589, p 0.005), dyspareunia (OR 2.964, 0.012), Visual Analog score 2.545, 0.001), Disease Activity Score-28 3.828, 0.004), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index 3.942, Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability 3.527, 0.008) for depression. DSM-5, HAMD, can be effective tools screening. Dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, (VAS), Rheumatoid disease activity (DAS28), (PSQI), (HAQ-DI) are these patients.
