A company’s “value” is increasingly influenced by three criteria: the way it acts to protect environment, its attitude towards society and principles of corporate governance has adopted. That Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) acronym, substantial impact on company value. To further understand ESG landscape in business research, this article aims analyze existing literature present current state knowledge, main trends, future perspectives. Through Scopus database, authors examine a sample 1034 articles spanning from 2006 2022. VOSviewer Biblioshiny packages are used for performance analysis visualization publication conceptual structure field research collaborations. The results suggest that citation trends register an upward trend over time. In terms institutions, most influential ones emanate US, while significant percentage were published top-tier financial journals. Science mapping via co-authorship bifurcates into six clusters reveals major themes their evolution. Keyword unfolds emerging could be explored. Purpose Tech start-ups (TSs) functioning in different domains have a responsibility of ensuring that domestic knowledge and capabilities are leveraged to minimize dependence on foreign organizations. Despite the growth ecosystem, while numerous TSs emerge, very few them able survive, those scale up. The aim this study is identify factors influencing competitiveness technological interrelationship interdependence these factors. Design/methodology/approach Modified total interpretative structural modeling (m-TISM) was employed for current research. analysis what an effect competitiveness, how they affect it why should be explored. begins by developing list through literature search, further validated expert opinion. A hierarchical model has been developed using m-TISM MICMAC analyze driving dependency power at each level. Findings Results show affected organizational agility internationalization.
