Autoimmune side effects can be detected during the use of BRAF/MEK inhibitor. Although its frequency, mechanism and importance are not known exactly, there cases reported in literature. We report a case drug-induced vitiligo patient with metastatic conjunctival malignant melanoma who was treated inhibition therapy. In case, controlled topical treatments. Follow-up process has been continuing no progression on month 12 current treatment.Although ICI-related autoimmune have described more frequently, may also occur secondary to BRAK/MEK inhibition. This points out that cutaneous toxicity is manageable delay treatment thanks collaboration dermatologists oncologists.

Plantar reconstruction is a complex procedure due to the paucity of tissue around foot. Tissues used for should provide similar properties, which can be accomplished by using ultra-thin flaps. Validated functional scales may essential information regarding patients' evolution.Information concerning series 12 cases plantar free flaps was gathered retrospectively authors. Data from preoperative scores in Lower Extremity Functional Scale and American Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Society scale were obtained clinical records; these compared postoperative assigned prospectively during follow-up. Differences determined Student's t-test paired samples. Objective measurements evolution (ulceration, footwear usage, sensation), as well patient satisfaction, also explored. The mean follow-up duration 16.5 (range 24) months. The modified 39.1 60.2, p = 0.004; 42.2 53.4, 0.012. No showed ulceration. Protective sensation achieved 75% patients, 10 out could use regular footwear. All patients reported satisfaction with surgical procedure.Ultra-thin foot are related improvement scales, high rates limited range complications.

We report an observation of a good prognosis ungual melanoma showed up 10 years after the onset generalized vitiligo. It’s 66ans old male, with history rapidly progressing vulgar vitiligo earlier. The patient has been referred to us for management nail melanoma, retained on clinical and histological data, extended 70% Body Surface Area. assessment locoregional distant extension was without abnormalities. Several authors have reported association other autoimmune disorders, non-melanoma skin cancers, or as part particular syndrome. ungueal rarely in literature. Across this observation, we illustrate that cutaneous is not rare may be factor prognosis.
