<p>Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are the collection of computational techniques or models encouraged by shape and purpose natural organic networks. Furthermore, a cubic intuitionistic fuzzy (CIF) set is modified extended form Fuzzy (FS). Our goal was to address compute model Aczel-Alsina operational laws under consideration CIF as well t-norm (AATN) t-conorm (AATCN), where Algebraic norms Drastic were special parts norms. Further, using above invented laws, we aimed develop average/geometric aggregation operators, called weighted averaging (CIFAAWA), ordered (CIFAAOWA), hybrid (CIFAAHA), geometric (CIFAAWG), (CIFAAOWG), (CIFAAHG) operators with some well-known desirable properties. Moreover, procedure decision-making technique presented for finding best type artificial help multi-attribute (MADM) problems based on information. <p>In this article, we presented two novel approaches for group decision-making (GDM) that were derived from the initiated linguistic $ q $-rung orthopair fuzzy Aczel-Alsina weighted arithmetic (L$ $-ROFAAWA) aggregation operator (AgOp) using numbers $-ROFNs). To introduce these GDM techniques, first defined new operational laws L$ $-ROFNs based on t $-norm and $-conorm. The developed scalar multiplication addition operations of addressed limitations when = 1 $. proposed methodology assumed both experts' weights attribute fully known, while second technique sets entirely unknown. We also discussed properties under $-ROFAAWA operators, such as idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity. Furthermore, solved problems related to environmental economic issues, ranking countries by air pollution, selecting best company bank investments, choosing electric vehicle design. Finally, validated three validity tests performed a sensitivity analysis compare them with preexisting models.</p>
