Objective To evaluate the association between bedtime and infertility to identify optimal for women of reproductive age. Methods We conducted a cross-sectional study using data from 3,903 female participants in National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2015 2020. BACKGROUND Prevalence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is increasing, especially in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). AIM To investigate rifaximin (RIF) effects on epigenetic/autophagy markers animals. METHODS Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned (n = 8, each) and treated from 5-16 wk: Control [standard diet, water plus gavage vehicle (Veh)], HCC [high-fat choline deficient diet (HFCD), diethylnitrosamine (DEN) drinking Veh gavage], RIF [HFCD, DEN (50 mg/kg/d) gavage]. Gene expression circulating miRNAs obtained. RESULTS All animals developed metabolic-dysfunction associated steatohepatitis fibrosis, cirrhosis, but three RIF-group did not develop HCC. Comparing who those not, miR-122, miR-34a, tubulin alpha-1c (Tuba-1c) , metalloproteinases- 2 (Mmp2) 9 (Mmp9) significantly higher the HCC-group. Testosterone could potentially act as mediating intermediary between S-Klotho. However, this aspect remains unexplored. This study aims to investigate causal link testosterone S-Klotho Methods We utilized data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) which focused on male participants 2013-2016. Mediation analyses were used effects (TT), free (FT), androgen index (FAI) DII-S-Klotho relationship, using three modes adjusting for covariates. Abstract With high prevalence and substantial mortality, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease chronic obstructive pulmonary (COPD) are significant public health concerns. Utilizing a large, population-based dataset from the National Health Nutrition Examination Survey, our study probes relationship between COPD hepatic steatosis fibrosis, as measured by Vibration-Controlled Transient Elastography. We analyzed data 693 individuals with 7229 without. Through weighted multivariate logistic regression analysis, restricted cubic spline curve, threshold effect we investigated correlation severity of fibrosis presence COPD. Our findings revealed positive controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) [OR = 1.03 (95% CI 1.01, 1.05)], even after adjustment.
