ABSTRACT Objectives Religious service attendance has previously been associated with greater levels of well‐being, as well milder symptoms depression and anxiety. However, few studies have explored this association within the Amdo Tibetan population. This study aims to estimate between religious psychiatric among older Tibetans. Methods A cross‐sectional face‐to‐face field survey was conducted in Plateau China, focusing on Tibetans from May 21 July 26, 2023. The utilized self‐reported data (never, < 1/week, ≥ 1/week) alongside validated scales, including Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression‐8 (CESD‐8) Generalized Anxiety Disorder‐7 (GAD‐7), assess depressive anxiety symptoms. These instruments demonstrated robust psychometric validity. linear mixed models were used odds ratio (OR) attendance, adjusting potential confounders sociodemographic characteristics, lifestyle factors, medical history. Results included 538 Tibetans, whom prevalence (scores 3) 5) 46.10% 24.91%, respectively. In fully adjusted models, compared those who never attended services, participants services at least once per week showed significantly less severe (OR = 0.43, 95% CI: 0.20, 0.96) 0.05, 0.75). Moreover, 1/week attendees (vs. never‐attendees) also had lower 0.64, 0.96). The patient’s spiritual dimension has gained increasing relevance in healthcare. Countless studies over the past decades have shown causal associations between well-being and healthy physiological parameters. In turn, such association positively impacts physical mental health, quality of life, even longevity. researchers note two significant challenges for clinical application this solid knowledge. First, it would be impractical to “prescribe” promotion health purposes. Second, spirituality is often linked religiosity (although they are different concepts), contaminating technical discussion. This chapter was based on authors’ experience 25 years study field supported by pertinent literature. It suggests objective guidelines practical usage healthcare professionals institutions.

<p>The work aims to study the connection between value-semantic indicators and characteristics of age planned professional longevity among undergraduates. Subjects: Master's students in educational program "Psychology Special Risk Professions" - 35 people (27 them women, average 37.4 + 7.39 years. Methods: "Hierarchy Personality", assessment personal attitude "egoism altruism", real structure questionnaire on value orientations individual, &ldquo;expected retirement age&rdquo; scale, diagnostics biological age, self-assessment psychological regression analysis. Results: Three have been identified that characterize expected associated complexes 1) Expected characterizes. duration working period. It is increased by set values: &ldquo;rest respect,&rdquo; which includes values rest, interesting pastime, respect, recognition from others. 2) Index aging reduced &ldquo;healthy altruism,&rdquo; health, altruism, material well-being. 3) The index lowered complex &ldquo;free time&rdquo;, ​​of communication, free time, and, opposite direction, family sphere social activity.
