The purpose of this paper is to describe the protocol for evaluation programs offered by Satellite Foundation, designed for, and with, children young people aged between 8 25 years who have family members experiencing mental health challenges. To achieve this, Social Return on Investment (SROI) method was chosen. SROI an economic measurement tool used apply a monetary value socially situated outcomes. The five-item World Health Organization Well-Being Index (WHO-5) is among the most frequently used brief standard measures to assess hedonic well-being. Numerous studies have investigated different facets of its psychometric properties in adult populations. However, whether these results apply adolescents uncertain, and only few employed adolescent Thus, current study aimed conduct an in-depth item response theory analysis WHO-5 from 43 countries using Behaviour School-aged Children (HBSC) 2022 data set (a) dimensionality measurement structure, (b) test information values marginal reliability, (c) cross-country invariance differential item/test functioning, (d) convergent validity with other related mental health well-being across countries. showed a unidimensional structure overall high reliability. The Ealing Mental Health Support Team (MHST) was established in January 2020. In 2021, feedback from our local parent-carer forum group reported a gap provision for Autistic children and young people (CYP) with without Learning Disabilities (LD) diagnoses attending mainstream schools. This served as key catalyst the development of specific team Spectrum Conditions (ASC) LD within existing MHST structure. A decision made collaboration stakeholders to use some budget develop such schools, which later came be known MHST+ Autism Practitioners (LDAP) team. supports CYP diagnosis ASC or LD, who have been accepted on waiting list an assessment, mild-to-moderate mental health concerns behaviours concern.
