Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are one of the most commonly prescribed that can reduce pain. This study aimed to measure concentration piroxicam and celecoxib in Iranian hospitals, as well effect electron beam irradiation on degradation these pollutants synthetic real samples. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used detect residual analytes Response Surface Methodology (RSM) design experiment conditions investigate from samples, then according optimum condition, experiments were carried out for wastewater results analysis shown mean PIRO CELE 6.32 ± 2.5 11.5 3.2 μg/L, respectively. Also, findings show 98.98 % 97.62 degraded, respectively, when (pH = 4, 8 kGy, concentrations 60 μg/L 50 celecoxib) applied. Results rates sample at condition 89.6 84.25 %, So, is a long-lasting promising method removal emerging contaminants wastewater, like non-steroidal drugs, can't be removed by conventional treatment methods; so, it combination with methods.
