This manuscript introduces novel rough approximation operators inspired by topological structures, which offer a more flexible approach than existing methods extending the scope of applications through reliance on general binary relation without constraints. Initially, four distinct types neighborhoods, termed basic-minimal are generated from any relation. The relationships between these neighborhoods and their properties elucidated. Subsequently, new set models constructed outlining main characteristics lower upper approximations. These approximations applied to classify subset regions compute accuracy measures. primary advantages this include its ability achieve highest values compared all approaches in published literature maintain monotonicity property roughness Furthermore, efficacy proposed technique is demonstrated analysis heart failure diagnosis data, showcasing 100% rate previous methods, thus highlighting clinical significance. Additionally, topologies suggested discussed, positioning as bridge theory. Finally, an algorithm flowchart developed illustrate determination utilization exact sets decision-making problems.

A more advanced form of complex fuzzy sets is q ‐rung orthopair ( - ROCF) sets, which offer an additional and broad visualization the uncertainty present in unit disk. In comparison to intuitionistic bipolar ROCF set appropriate versatile. Their ability describe a broader range unclear information makes them distinguishable because real part complex‐valued membership degree nonmembership have sum qth powers that equal or less than one (similarly for imaginary complex‐valued). terms characteristics set, we propose concept subgroups investigate some fundamental features under set. Moreover, show every subgroup subgroup. Also, use this approach define level subgroups, cosets, normal certain group as well their algebraic characteristics. Furthermore, develop homomorphism, images, preimages influence
