Abstract This study investigates the optimization of Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) parameters for Inconel alloy and effect various tool geometry viz., circular, square, hexagonal copper tools on output responses. The research aims to determine optimal input settings (peak current, pulse-on time, pulse-off time) (circular, hexagonal) maximizing Material Removal Rate (MRR) minimizing Tool Wear (TWR) Surface Roughness (SR). Utilizing Taguchi ANOVA methods with an L9 Orthogonal Array, identified parameter combinations each response. Furthermore, Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) techniques namely CoCoSo, MABAC, CODAS were employed predict geometry, revealing square profile as superior enhancing machining characteristics. results indicated that shaped was response (35A, 20 µs, 9 µs)for alloy. Also, pulse time contributes 38.19% CoCoSo-ANOVA, 51.43%for MABAC-ANOVA, 22.65% CODAS-ANOVA. findings provide valuable insights improving EDM precision hard-to-machine materials.

With the rapid growth of economy, enterprises have encountered a series problems while pursuing economic benefits, such as food safety and environmental pollution issues, resource shortages energy consumption which affect sustainable development enterprises. Establishing corporate performance evaluation system from perspective social responsibility, based on stakeholder theory importance overall goals reflected in weight responsibility indicators, is very effective measure to achieve (CSR) through CSR motivation stakeholders. The accounting MAGDM. Recently, CoCoSo technique cosine similarity (CSM) was utilized conduct intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are for conducting uncertain information during accounting. In this study, CSM (IFN-CSM-CoCoSo) built MAGDM with IFSs. Finally, numerical example conducted verify IFN-CSM-CoCoSo technique.
