Selecting optimal design solutions is inherently complex due to multiple criteria encompassing users’ uncertain needs, experiences, and costs. This process must manage uncertainty ambiguity, making developing a scientific, rational, efficient guidance method imperative. Bipolar T-spherical fuzzy sets (BTSFS), hybrid of bipolar sets, effectively handle the bipolarity inherent in all elements. In this work, we propose Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) based on BTSFS Aczel–Alsina T-norm (AATN) T-conorm (AATCN) address problem selecting conceptual solutions. We first establish operational rules for using AATN AATCN introduce weighted aggregation operators (BTSFAAWA) geometric (BTSFAAWG) while examining fundamental properties, such as idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity. Subsequently, two-stage BTSFS-based WASPAS method; criterion weights are calculated BTSFAAWA operator, final rankings obtained through comprehensive calculations both sum (WSM) product (WPM) BTSFAAWG. Finally, validate effectiveness our case study selection cultural creative products. Sensitivity comparative analyses conducted demonstrate advantages approach.
