Traditionally, nano-TiO2 as one of the hydrophilic materials has attracted much attention due to its inherent stability, non-toxicity, and abundance. However, limited number hydroxyl groups is unable meet actual needs for superhydrophilic applications. Therefore, it crucial research a simple efficient method introduce more enhance hydrophilicity nano-TiO2. In this work, hydroxyl-rich phytic acid (Pa) was introduced into surface 3D network structure Co-coordinated further constructed extremely stability The TiO2@Pa-Co suspension prepared by adsorption Pa molecules on assembly then modified onto glass slide conventional spin-coating obtain thin film. performance tests showed that film presented innate properties, evidenced water contact angle 2.0°, which smaller than blank TiO2 (65.0o) TiO2@Pa (29.1o) films. Importantly, also possesses good durability, corrosion resistance, anti-fogging properties. performances are attributed can offer large improving Co ions act bridge connect with construct enhanced TiO2.
