The accurate evaluation of the effective mechanical properties composites mainly depends on characteristics representative volume elements (RVEs). This paper investigates RVE size. Additionally, effect fraction reinforcement, edge effect, and types critical size are discussed. First, Al/Ni multilayered were processed by nine cycles cross-accumulative roll bonding (CARB) method. This study employed a sensitivity analysis to evaluate the influence of various parameters on costs consumption. Standardized Regression Coefficients (SRC) were used measure each variable.
