Grit and belonging are consistently important factors in emerging adult academic outcomes (Morrow & Ackermann, 2012). This study examines the role of grit (i.e., goal perseverance, consistency interest, adaptability), sense fitting feeling valued), perceived institutional compassion care/support resources for students pandemic-related responses) adults’ pursuits amid COVID-19 challenges. Emerging participants (age 18–24; N = 258) representing a diverse sample traditional, full-time, undergraduate across United States (60% women; 47.31% White, 18.46% Black/African American, 17.31% Asian, 10.77% Hispanic/Latino/a/x), completed an online survey assessing stress, grit, belonging, pursuits, newly developed Institutional Compassion Scale (Schmahl, 2021). Unexpectedly, stress was unrelated to student assessments their progress toward short- long-term goals. But were associated with stress: high is weaker lower grit. all three major variables: stress. BACKGROUND: The COVID-19 crisis led to an unprecedented acceleration of digital learning. Abstrak: Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa E-modul berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi persuratan membantu proses pembelajaran di SMKN Mojoagung kelas X OTKP. menggunakan R&D dengan model 4D yaitu Define, Design, Develop, tetapi tidak sampai Disseminate karena..keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif kualitatif. Terdapat 20 responden siswa OTKP 3. Produk dari riset pengembangan diuji oleh ahli materi, media, bahasa. Dari hasil validasi diketahui bahwa kelayakan sebesar 90 persen, grafis 96,3 bahasa 80 persen. ketiga validator tersebut diperoleh rata-rata 88,7 persen kategori sangat layak. Hasil respons memperoleh 78,8 positif mana dapat dinyatakan digunakan menunjang persuratan.Abstract: This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of Problem-Based E-modules on correspondence assist learning process at class uses with a model, namely but did not reach due time and cost limitations.
