Abstract Pakistan has experienced several devastating earthquakes, including the 2005 Kashmir earthquake, which resulted in significant loss of life and damage. Mingora City, located Seismic Zone 3, is particularly vulnerable requires seismic evaluations retrofitting buildings to prevent future casualties building collapses. In Mexico, approximately 6.5 million tons of plastic waste is generated, which 38–58% improperly managed and has the potential to leak into environment.
