This research shows that child development in primary school is a very important aspect determining long-term educational success. study aims to analyze how education management schools contributes students' academic achievement and well-being combined quantitative surveys qualitative interviews explore the impact of on elementary students’ performance well-being. Data was collected from State Elementary School 01 Dadaprejo Batu city rural areas with 50 students 20 teachers as respondents. The results showed good management, including flexible curriculum planning, parental involvement, conducive learning environment, had positive correlation improved student performance. In addition, emotional support implementation innovative strategies contribute significantly psychological implications this emphasize importance strengthening policies are orientated towards holistic children. contribution expected serve reference for policymakers designing more adaptive inclusive schools.
