A
series
of
epoxy
(EP)
resin-based
composites
were
prepared
using
a
magnetically
responsive
cobalt@graphene
nanoplatelet
(Co@GNP)
as
thermally
conductive
and
electromagnetic
shielding
reinforcing
fillers
by
the
introduction
catalytic
sites
coprecipitation
techniques.
Our
findings
suggested
that
formation
network
structure
between
Co@GNP
made
resultant
exhibit
excellent
heat
transfer/heat
dissipation
efficiency
stability
at
elevated
temperatures.
Furthermore,
method
systematically
solving
predicting
transfer
was
proposed
with
aid
TPM
(three-parameter
fitting
method),
FPM
(four-parameter
ETM
(enthalpy
transformation
method).
The
correlation
calculated
results
experimental
data
compared
analyzed,
positive
influence
filler
loading
magnetic
field
orientation
on
thermal
conduction
verified.
At
same
time,
obtained
samples
also
showed
acceptable
interference
effectiveness
(EMI
SE)
within
X-band.
present
work
has
practical
implications
for
further
expanding
application
ranges
EP/Co@GNP
composites,
which
provides
insight
into
optimal
design
manufacturing
routes
polymer
desired
performance.
