Abstract Herein, high‐efficiency microwave shielding networks are constructed in multi‐walled carbon nanotube/poly(ε‐caprolactone) (CNT/PCL) composites by adding black (CB) or graphene nano‐plates (GNPs). The synergistic effect of carbonaceous fillers with different rdimensions is investigated to obtain the optimal electromagnetic performance composites. CNT/GNP/PCL, CNT/CB/PCL and CB/GNP/PCL ratios were prepared melt mixing hot press molding for evaluation. Because effect, effectiveness values 53.8 54.6 dB, which achieved CNT 9 /CB 1 /PCL (CNT:CB = 9:1) /GNP (CNT:GNP composites, respectively, higher than value 46.4 dB CNT/PCL same filler content 4.12 vol%. between attributed can be easily formed dimensions. © 2023 Society Industrial Chemistry.
