Although multifunctional aerogels are expected to be used in applications such as portable electronic devices, it is still a great challenge confer multifunctionality while maintaining their inherent microstructure. Herein, simple method proposed prepare NiCo/C with excellent electromagnetic wave absorption properties, superhydrophobicity, and self-cleaning by water-induced NiCo-MOF self-assembly. Specifically, the impedance matching of three-dimensional (3D) structure interfacial polarization provided CoNi/C well defect-induced dipole primary contributors broadband absorption. As result, prepared have width 6.22 GHz at 1.9 mm. Due presence hydrophobic functional groups, improve stability humid environments obtain hydrophobicity large contact angles > 140°. This aerogel has promising absorption, resistance water or environments.

Wearable devices with efficient thermal management and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding are highly desirable for improving human comfort safety. Herein, a multifunctional wearable carbon fibers (CF) @ polyaniline (PANI) / silver nanowires (Ag NWs) composites "branch-trunk" interlocked micro/nanostructure were achieved through "three-in-one" multi-scale design. The reasonable assembly of the three kinds one-dimensional (1D) materials can fully exert their excellent properties i.e., superior flexibility CF, robustness PANI, splendid conductivity AgNWs. Consequently, constructed flexible composite demonstrates enhanced mechanical tensile stress 1.2 MPa, which was almost 6 times that original material. This is mainly attributed to fact PNAI (branch) firmly attached CF (trunk) polydopamine (PDA), forming robust structure. Meanwhile, possesses insulation heat preservation capacity owing synergistically low emissivity. More importantly, conductive path established by 1D greatly improved its EMI property Joule heating performance at applied voltage. work paves way rational utilization intrinsic materials, as well provides promising strategy designing protection energy devices.

The development of wearable multifunctional electromagnetic protective fabrics with multifunctional, low cost, and high efficiency remains a challenge. Here, inspired by the unique flower branch shape "Thunberg's meadowsweet" in nature, nanofibrous composite membrane hierarchical structure was constructed. Due synergistic enhancement electrospinning-derived carbon nanofiber "stems", MOF-derived nanosheet "petals" transition metal selenide nano-particle "stamens", CoxSey/NiSe@CNSs@CNFs (CNCC) obtains minimum reflection value (RLmin) -68.40 dB at 2.6 mm maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) 8.88 GHz thin thickness 2.0 filling amount only 5 wt%. In addition, multi-component heterostructure endow fibrous excellent flexibility, water resistance, thermal management, other properties. This work provides perspectives for precise design rational fabrics.
