Abstract In this paper, we take a two-level distribution grid as the infrastructure of multilevel and study comprehensive carrying capacity assessment model in depth. The minimum value maximum access under each scenario is used to assess network, volume network taken objective function, particle swarm algorithm improved establish model. Using alternating direction multiplier method, distributed optimization established, problem transformed into subproblem at all levels grid.
