In
response
to
the
growing
diverse
needs
of
ceramic
industry,
this
paper
presents
a
creative
approach
employing
ErgoLAB
human–machine
environment
synchronization
platform
identify
key
parameters
for
shape
parametric
design.
By
collecting
and
analyzing
multimodal
data,
including
eye
movements,
electroencephalographic
signals,
skin
conductance,
study
systematically
determines
core
factors
influencing
user
experience.
Based
on
this,
Python
(IronPython
2.7.9
(2.7.9.0)
NET
4.0.30319.42000
(64-bit))-based
design
process
is
developed,
covering
parameter
selection,
generation,
model
visualization.
A
library
classic
shapes
rapidly
constructed,
ergonomic
experiments
further
investigate
human–computer
interaction
mechanisms
involved.
The
designs
are
optimized
using
fuzzy
comprehensive
evaluation
aesthetic
appeal.
Combined
with
3D
printing
technology,
complete
closed
loop
from
manufacturing
achieved,
verifying
manufacturability
designs.
This
not
only
deepens
understanding
but
also
offers
strong
support
development
providing
valuable
references
applications
in
other
industrial
fields.
