Abstract Sunlight/electricity‐driven thermal evaporation has been demonstrated as a promising strategy to obtain distilled water from seawater, but their practical applications are still limited by unsatisfactory photoabsorption and serious water‐electrolysis during photothermal/electrothermal evaporation. Inspired Paradisaeidae's feather electric kettle, the biomimetic design of fabrics for realizing all‐weather is reported. The composed fiber bundles with carbon (CF) core polypyrrole‐decorated TiO 2 nanorod‐array shell. Such CF/TiO /PPy fabric exhibits broad‐spectral (280–2500 nm) an efficiency 95.5% due light‐trapping effect, it shows rate (2.2 kg m −2 h −1 ) under 1 sun. Additionally, demonstrates good electrothermal performance suppressed owing conductivity CF shielding effect nanorod‐array‐shell, resulting in high 7.9 3 V. Importantly, combined effects sun V, achieves exciting 9.1 , even without solid‐salt accumulation long‐term process (10 h), benefiting efficient photo/electrothermal conversion sufficient water‐supplementation thermosiphon effect.
