Abstract
Urban
expansion
is
an
unavoidable
phenomenon
in
the
realm
of
economic
and
social
progress;
nonetheless,
it
brings
forth
significant
environmental
repercussions,
notably
diminishment
green
spaces
escalation
fine
particulate
matter
concentrations
atmosphere.
The
findings
this
research
indicate
that
proportion
developed
land
has
surged
from
13.92%
1995
to
32.27%
2025,
while
forest
coverage
markedly
declined,
particularly
between
2015
witnessing
a
loss
6,297.55
ha.
This
shift
not
only
constricts
areas
but
also
exacerbates
levels
matter,
especially
regions
characterized
by
high
urban
density
substantial
industrial
operations.
Ant
Colony
Optimization-Generative
Adversarial
Network
(ACO-GAN)
model
exhibited
exceptional
efficacy,
achieving
RMSE
values
7.38
9.76
for
PM2.5

respectively,

concentrations.
Additionally,

density,
locales
like
Noi
Bai
Dong
Anh,
demonstrate
alarmingly
whereas
abundant
vegetation,
Ba
Vi
Mountain,
exhibit
considerably
lower
highlights
essential
function
alleviating
air
pollution
safeguarding
living
environment.
These
insights
elucidate
adverse
effects
urbanization
on
quality
establish
scientific
foundation
advocating
sustainable
management
planning
strategies.
