Wavelet thresholding techniques are crucial in mitigating noise data communication and storage systems. In image processing, particularly medical imaging like MRI, reduction is vital for improving visual quality accurate analysis. While existing methods offer reduction, they often suffer from limitations edge texture loss, poor smoothness, the need manual parameter tuning. This study introduces a novel adaptive wavelet technique brain MRI. The proposed method utilizes linear prediction factor to adjust threshold adaptively. leverages temporal information features both original noisy images determine weighted threshold. dynamic approach aims selectively reduce or eliminate coefficients while preserving essential features. was rigorously evaluated against state-of-the-art techniques. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements key performance metrics, including mean squared error (MSE), peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), structural similarity index (SSIM). effectively addresses of by providing more efficient approach. By dynamically adjusting based on image-specific characteristics, this preserves details suppressing noise. These findings highlight potential enhancing interpretability MRI images.
