Purpose
Artificial
intelligence
(AI)
is
vastly
impacting
the
digital
transformation
of
societies,
economies,
businesses,
markets
and
enterprises,
at
a
very
fast
pace,
mostly
after
global
success
generative
algorithms.
In
this
respect,
study,
with
an
exploratory
intention,
aims
to
provide
evidence
about
fundamental
issues
AI,
particularly
if
generative,
when
adapted
humanism,
specific
focus
on
wine
business.
Design/methodology/approach
An
analysis,
conducted
convenience
sample
business
operators,
has
been
performed
investigate
AI
applications
connected
conceptual
platform
“Industry
5.0”
framework.
Findings
The
results
survey
in

that

Background:
Although
trust
is
a
well-studied
topic
in
supply
chain
management,
the
case
of
wine
has
not
been
adequately
investigated.
Methods:
A
hybrid
approach
combining
qualitative
and
quantitative
data
analysis
was
adopted.
The
research
divided
into
two
phases:
(i)
identification
critical
factors
based
on
literature,
(ii)
eight
experts’
insights
those
by
employing
grey
DEMATEL
approach.
Results:
Fourteen
that
affect
were
identified
academic
literature.
From

classified

factors)
concerns

Conclusions:

phenomena

to

during
growing
periods

temperatures
vegetative
phenophases.Climatic
factor
augmentation
have
obvious
repercussions

quality
quantity.Our
