The present paper examines the existing literature on how FinTech and RegTech contribute to business sustainability of new-age technology firms. It highlights opportunities challenges faced by new age firms, especially in emerging markets, ushering provides insights attain economic stability, growth, social environmental through RegTech. We conducted a systematic review using SALSA (Search, Appraisal, Synthesis, Analysis) framework examine topic current study. Abstract Promoting traditional food consumption has the potential to accelerate achievement of sustainable goals since these foods are generally produced with natural local ingredients, affordable and widely available, support economies, suit tastes many young Indonesians. This study aims examine unique interplay between sustainability value as a higher-order construct, influencer, hedonic attitude, utilitarian attitude interest in among Generation Z Indonesians within framework Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Value-Attitude-Behaviour (V-A-B) theories. analysed 1,292 valid questionnaire responses using Partial Least Squares Path Modelling through SMART-PLS 4 software. The results showed that despite having significant influence, influencers have minimal effect on promoting consumption. Notably, had more prominent mediating than attitude. To optimise impact consumption, policymakers advised educate people about positive environmental other educational institutions. They should also collaborate producers carry out production but maintain their cost efficiency so they can still provide meals affordable, satiating, nutritious, following preferences consumers.
