ABSTRACT Based on the big data of literature in field Electroforming processing, knowledge mapping and bibliometric methods are used this article to conduct a visual analysis research hotspots, development trends, networks field. The results indicate that: (1) Research processing has been shown have significant upward trend, reflecting high attention investment devoted technology by both academia industry. Outstanding performance demonstrated China, South Korea, United States, while core forces domain institutions such as Chinese Academy Sciences, Nanjing University Aeronautics Astronautics, Dalian Technology, Seoul National University. (2) co‐occurrence keywords revealed close connection between hot technologies like resistance memory, showcasing broad application prospects across numerous fields, including electronics, materials, biomedicine. (3) International cooperation characterized diversification deepening, resulting formation multiple encompassing Asia Western Europe, North America Asia, European scientific powers, emerging market countries. (4) Attention continued be paid terms precision multidisciplinary integration. Driven increasing demand aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic circuits, innovations constantly being made, thereby promoting advancement science well new materials.
