Cloud Computing Adoption in Government Organizations in Developing Countries

Cloud computing adoption in e-government offers significant benefits yet presents unique challenges, particularly for developing countries. While existing research has focused on technical aspects, this study expands the analysis to investigate broader determinants of cloud from technological, organizational, environmental, and individual perspectives. A systematic literature review was conducted across six scholarly databases identified 40 primary studies. The findings emphasize importance adopting an integrated organizational-individual perspective understand better. proposes a multi-dimensional conceptual framework government organizations recommends further empirical validation model. This provides decision-makers managers sector with practical insights addressing enhancing service delivery, increasing acceptance rate within organizations.
