An extensive literature search performed using following electronic databases: MEDLINE, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, DOAJ. A total 18 articles describing 27 hepatocellular carcinoma patients were included in review. presence cells superior liver segment is strongly associated with metastases diaphragm. Among two types involvement by cells, infiltration occurs much more frequently than adhesion. However, an nodule 8th higher number segments involved predispose Hepatitis B factor recurrent HCC. tumor diameter not muscle. We did find specific symptoms reported that could indicate metastasis hepatitis localization segments, especially segment, should be take into consideration diagnostic process.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors. Tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT), invasion, metastasis, metabolism, and drug resistance are main factors affecting development treatment MiRNAs play crucial roles in almost all major cellular biological processes. Studies have been carried out on miRNAs as biomarkers therapeutic targets. Their dysregulation contributes to progression prognosis HCC. This review aims explore molecular cascades corresponding phenotypic changes caused by aberrant miRNA expression their regulatory mechanisms, summarize analyze novel from somatic fluids (plasma/serum/urine), highlight latent capacity
