Abstract Understanding the interactions between dissolved organic matter (DOM) and nutrient behavior during cyanobacterial events has important implications for water management. Therefore, we constructed a simulated growth decline experiment, measured changes in DOM nitrogen phosphorus fluxes at sediment–water interface (SWI), examined effects of on components release. Results 3D fluorescence spectroscopy showed that fluorescent sediment overlying comprised microbially derived humic-like C1, terrestrially C2, tyrosine-like C3, tryptophan-like C4. From initial to blooms phase, C3 C4 increased due formation release extracellular algal-derived matter. During decline, protein-like from settling algae. The rapid increase stage indicated promoted sediments through mineralization Fe/Al-P transformation. High ammonium occurred mainly sediments. Redundancy analysis were primarily associated with loss ignition into water. This study provides fresh perspectives associations strong internal pollution Graphical

In order to visualize the content and development patterns of microplastic biodegradation research, American Chemical Society (ACS), Elsevier, Springer Link, for Microbiology (ASM) were searched years 2012-2022 using Citespace VOSvivewer bibliometrics visual analysis. The processes mechanisms microplastics reviewed on this basis. results showed a sharp increase in number publications between 2012 2022, peaking 2020-2021, with 62 more than previous decade. University Chinese Academy Sciences (UCAS), Northwest A&F (NWAFU), Agricultural (CAAS) are top three research institutions field. Researchers mainly located China, United States America (USA), India. Furthermore, field is primarily concerned screening functional microorganisms, determination enzymes, analysis mechanisms. These studies have revealed that existing microorganisms bacteria, predominantly Proteobacteria Firmicutes; fungi, Ascomycota; some intestinal microorganisms. main enzymes secreted process hydrolase, oxidative, depolymerization enzymes. Autumn irrigation is a key measure for alleviating soil salinity and promoting sustainable agricultural development in the Hetao Irrigation district; however, only part of farmland irrigated autumn during non-growth period crops, which leads to redistribution water salt between autumn-irrigated land (AIL) adjacent non-autumn-irrigated (NAIL) after irrigation. To explore distribution variation different positions AIL NAIL local reveal interaction range NAIL, field experiments were carried out two years typical test areas. The results showed that compared with non-autumn irrigation, improved uniformity profiles both horizontal vertical directions; content at nearest sampling point boundary increased least, but desalination rate was greatest, while contents within 45 m from points significantly. received drainage made groundwater level rise fell quickly back, unreasonable caused remain high before freezing, exacerbating risk carrying salts surface freezing thawing period, detrimental growth crops next spring. research are great significance rational use resources improvement salinization cold dry
