TOPSIS method, as a relatively new comprehensive evaluation method for multi-objective decision making, makes use of the proximity between object and its ideal target to rank relative advantages disadvantages, is intra-group distance. This often combined with risk identification technology in field assessment, which can accurately reflect gap schemes, correctly identify risks, assess risks scientifically control reduce adverse effects improve management level, so it widely used engineering field. As infrastructure construction tends be saturated industry competition becomes increasingly fierce, project mode gradually changing from traditional EPC mode. projects have characteristics large scale, many personnel mixed technologies, are faced complex factors process. Therefore, will become trend explore better integration method. paper mainly discusses disadvantages research status applicability EPC, proposes my own views on improvement projects, looks forward future direct0069on provide references

Monitoring and preventing coal–rock dynamic disasters are essential for ensuring sustainable safe mining. Induced charge monitoring, as a geophysical method, enables monitoring of deformation failure. The induced signal contains crucial information regarding damage evolution, making it imperative important to explore its temporal characteristics effective early warnings in deep This paper conducted tests at different loading rates, investigating the multifractal signals during late stages loading. It proposed maximum generalized dimension D(q)max, spectrum width Δα, height difference Δf parameters signals. Additionally, quantitative characterization coal was performed, studying variation patterns characteristic with evolution. study revealed body whole process. In stage, double logarithmic curve demonstrated some nonlinearity compared previous period, indicating higher non-uniformity time series. D(q)max Δα stage were than those increased rates. As progressed, there significant jumps both damage, larger richer fracture events coal. showed an overall trend increase–decrease–increase while fluctuated around zero development but significantly severe destruction. By signals, this provides insights identification disasters.

Purpose Prefabricated building has emerged as a hallmark of modern construction industrialization and pivotal driver industrial upgrading. In this new type, the supply high-quality prefabricated components plays crucial role in ensuring project quality, cost-effectiveness on-time completion. Consequently, selecting optimum suppliers for these is vital. This study provides valuable insights enterprises, guiding them optimal selection component thereby contributing to sustainable development industry. Design/methodology/approach The entropy weight method used integrate rank 19 commonly evaluation indices, forming supplier system from enterprises perspective. Subsequently, VIKOR multi-attribute decision model, combined with comprehensive based on cloud modeling, applied identify most suitable through case study. Findings findings emphasized that product particularly compliance rate, paramount selection. Additionally, companies should prioritize cost management fundamental capabilities, such transportation efficiency operational flexibility, while fostering strong partnerships suppliers. Furthermore, all stakeholders need enhance chain’s responsiveness adaptability, improvements are achieved without strict controls. Originality/value minimizes influence subjective biases decision-makers’ by integrating quantitative qualitative analysis methods, enhancing comprehensiveness accuracy evaluations. Quarrying has great importance for economic development and, at the same time, can have several adverse environmental impacts; specifically, it may a significant influence on water resources. There are approximately 4000 quarries in Italy, and knowledge of their potential impact resources is limited. To this end, procedure categorizing Italian was devised by combining methods Geographic Information Systems Multi-Criteria Decision Aiding, selecting potentially impactful criteria, parametrizing latter through available databases. Using ELECTRE models (ELECTRE TRI III), category each quarry assessed separately surface groundwater then overall assessed. The simulations were carried out varying weights various selected which allowed grouping into five categories with increasing ranking falling two highest-impact further refined using ascending descending distillations. categorization be interpreted as first national assessment sustainability quarrying activities reference to methodological approach study proved appropriate quarry-sorting -ranking processes, lending itself introduction other criteria weights, including those arising from participation different stakeholders.
