Sustainable

community's
perceptions
development
impacts

influencing

for
sustainable
destination

within
Stara
Planina
Nature
Park.
Using
a
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(SEM)
approach,
using
multiple
hypothesized
relationships
across
key
dimensions,
including
environmental,
infrastructural
are
examined.
The
findings
highlight
importance
socio-cultural
in
fostering
support,
while
also
recognizing
negative
impact
concerns.
Socio-cultural
significantly
positively
influenced
initiatives,
highlighting
role
cultural
exchange,
tradition
preservation,
community
identity
garnering
support.
These
align
with
previous
studies,
emphasizing
perceived
benefits
backing
development.
Effective
STD
management
requires
active
involvement
stakeholders
to
ensure
alignment
values
goals.
Policymakers
should
focus
on
enhancing
benefits,
addressing
challenges,
effectively
communicating
economic
advantages.
Limitations
include
its
cross-sectional
design,
suggesting
need
longitudinal
research
better
understand
evolving
impa
ct
tourism.
